Text of Letter:
"To the Honorable Board of Trustees of / Mount Moriah Cemetery / Gentlemen / With regret / and with heavy thanks to this association / for the any courtesies shown me during / my connection with this association as / their superintendent I herewith request / them to accept my resignation as superintendent / of Mount Moriah Cemetery to take effect from / this date. I would kindly request that / your Honorable body appoint Chas. H. Robinson / to fill the vacancy caused by my resignation. / Very respectfully / Henry Robinson / Superintent of / Mt. Moriah Cemetery / Accepted H. B. Hardman / J. [illegible] / L. [illegible] / J.M. Rickel / B.P. Dague"

|Administrative/Biographical History||Charles H. Robinson and Henry Robinson served as superintendents of Mount Moriah cemetery and as undertakers in Deadwood from the 1880s through the 1920s. The donor is related to the Robinson family. This accession is directly related to accession 2016.021.|
