A: Square paper sleeve made out of brown paper. Sleeve is open at the top and has a circular hole in the center. One side is printed in black with "B & S / B-Disc-S / CUSTOM-MADE RECORDS / B-DISC-S RECORDING CO., DEADWOOD, S.D. / Engineered Quality. PRESSING By Research Craft Company".
B: Circular black vinyl record with a small circular hole in the center. In center is a cream colored label that is printed with black text reading "CUSTOM- MADE RECORDS / B & S / B-Disc-S / 7510-A / Vocal / And Piano / TOOTSIE THE QUEEN / (Coyote Borsch-B. C. Stoller) / COYOTE TOOTSIE & COWBOY BEN / Harmonizing With / HELMI STOLLER AT PIANO / B-DISC-S RECORDING CO., DEADWOOD, S.D." The other side has a label with similar text.
