From page 67 of Scrapbook, 1980-81-82 [2023.009.009] Typed announcement on paper, in caps, Congratulations to Juanita James who has been selected "Employee of the Month" for September, 1981. Juanita has worked at St. Joseph's for 24 years. Juanita began her work as a nurse aide in May, 1957. In February, 1978 Juanita became a medication aide at the nursing home. We are proud to have Juanita James as part of our staff at St. Joseph's. For photo see 2023.009.009.fy. Paper appears torn from the bottom of a larger sheet. |

The materials are owned by the Lead-Deadwood Hospital since the records creation. In 2023, the Lead-Deadwood Hospital agreed to allow Deadwood History, Inc. to scan some records to expand access to the materials to researchers. The Lead-Deadwood Hospital still owns the originals. Deadwood History, Inc. only has digital copies. |

Digital copies of scrapbooks and other materials can be accessed at the Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center. However, the original scrapbook is in the possession of the Lead-Deadwood Hospital. |
