Program for the eleventh annual meeting of the Black Hills Educational Association to be held December 1-2, 1899 at Lead City, South Dakota. The program lists Friday evening events to be held at the Episcopal Church, with music under the direction of John Tagarty, Welcome Address by Walter E. Smead, Response by Lyn P. McCain, President's Address by A.G. Grant, and paper presentation on college education by William J. Pyle. Events on Saturday the 2nd were held at the high school building and included papers and open discussion by F.L. Cook, John A. Watson, Belle Chase, J.J. Sharp, T.G. Deffebach, Fannie A. Foster, F.E. Morrow, and John W. Heston. Officers include A.G. Grant, A.K. Reynolds, Nellie B. McClellan, C.C. O'Harra, Mrs. B.Y.
