Interment at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, South Dakota. Memorial to South Dakota Lung Association. In Memory on front, with gold tone drawing of road into distance. Let Us Pray, with short prayer, inside top, service information on inside bottom, and short poem "Time flies" on back. Merrick with logo on back. |

The materials are owned by the Lead-Deadwood Hospital since the records creation. In 2023, the Lead-Deadwood Hospital agreed to allow Deadwood History, Inc. to scan some records to expand access to the materials to researchers. The Lead-Deadwood Hospital still owns the originals. Deadwood History, Inc. only has digital copies. |

Digital copies of scrapbooks and other materials can be accessed at the Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center. However, the original scrapbook is in the possession of the Lead-Deadwood Hospital. |
