Sharp Bits August 1956 Vol. 7 No. 7 pg. 24 "Camera in a spot -- This electric powered camera was wedged between the "back" and the broken ore in No. 4 North Stope C and D, on the 3,500-foot level, behind the scraper which was being operated. It wasn't any place for a cameraman as the whip and last of the steel cables could cause severe injury. This sizeable open cut-and-fill stope was the scene of much filming for both our new safety training and institutional films. Many hours of preparation were often necessary before shooting could begin.
