As many as sixteen SHARP BITS pages can be printed on this press simultaneously." 392-9: Lorin Jacobson, foreman of Seaton Publishing Company, making final adjustments on an automatic-feed press. This press is primarily used to print the multiple color format of the SHARP BITS covers." 392-10: Harry Anderson of Black Hills Photo-Engraving in Rapid City adjusts the lens of the big engraving camera preparatory to enlarging a SHARP BITS photo. Here Ruth Kittelman, Seaton Publishing Company employee, operates the folding machine which, at high speed, folds the sections of SHARP BITS after printing." 392-14: Ralph Noonan photographer for Black Hills Studios taking a photograph of a bulldozer. Sharp Bits October 1957 Vol. 8 No. 9 p 6 "Familiar photographer to almost every Homestake employee is Ralph Noonan of the Black Hills Studios. Noonan most likely has seen more of the Company operations than anyone else. Here he is "shot" taking a picture of a bulldozer making a logging road. His efforts were seen on the cover on this past September issue." 392-15: Caroline Reaves typed an edited copy of an article to go into Sharp Bits. Sharp Bits October 1957 Vol. 8 No. 9 p 5 "Edited copy is re-types by Caroline Reaves of the Public Relations Department. This comes immediately after the story is submitted by Company department involved." 392-16: Milton Chilcott, Seaton Publishing Company manager, measuring the engraving depth. Sharp Bits October 1957 Vol. 8 No. 9 p 7 "Measuring the engraving depth is Milton Chilcott, Seaton Publishing Company Manager, whose firm does a portion of the photo-engraving work and all the printing of the SHARP BITS. This machine, a recent innovation in the photoengraving field, transfers the impressions in a photo to a thin, transparent plastic in the matter of a few minutes. The plastic is then used to reproduce the photo on paper." 392-17: Frank Howell, chief metallurgist writing an article for Sharp Bits. Sharp Bits October 1957 Vol. 8 No. 9 p 4 bottom "Writing the story about one of the Metallurgical Department's many operations is Assistant Chief Metallurgist Frank Howell.
