Description |
Heavy, black metal frame, base is roughly y-shaped. Silver colored metal knobs and switches just above base. Mounted to base is a gray circular platform. Around the outer edge of the platform is a ring of silver colored metal that is marked with vertical lines and the numbers 10-360 in increments of 10. There is a hole in the center of the platform. Mounted above the platform are body and observation tubes with an eye piece at the top. Stamped on the metal around the lens in the center of the eye piece is "Periplan, OK. 4 X Ernst Leitz Wetzlar." Silver colored metal knobs on frame holding body tube. Body tube has knobs on it. Body tube has white text on the front reading "Ernst Leitz / Wetzlar / No 305914." |
