Description |
Knee-length slip-over style. Light sun yellow silk embroidered with round white and black tubular beads making floral and scroll designs on both front and back of bodice. Two white flowers on front of bodice next to waist and on half flower around front near neck. Scroll work on front is in black tubular beads. Back of bodice has same design as front minus the flower around the neck and scroll work from neck down to waist. Sleeveless. High round neck. Slight A-line skirt with layer of elongated petals hanging from the waist. Each petal is 2.5" wide and 19-20" long and is decorated with black tubular beads around the outer edge and round white beads in a scroll design down the length of the petal. Flapper-style dress. Not lined. Bottom layer of skirt is sun yellow silk. Around waist is strip of covered cord. |
