Description |
Top bar is oval shape with edges in brass gold colored filigree. Center of badge has a cream celluloid background with the word, "Delegate" in black. Main ribbon is red and then a white pennant ribbon overlaid over red. White ribbon has gold writing which reads, "Organization Education Independence", and attached to bottom is a circular medallion with copper colored twisted metal trim and in center is black background with three gold stars each with a letter ," F,W, M" also in between the stars are the gold shapes of a chisel, a hammer, and a spear. Red ribbon has gold lettering which reads, " 15th Annual Convention, Western Federation of Miners, Mining Dept. I.W.W. Denver, Colo., June 1907". Bottom medallion has same copper twisted metal edge. In center is a cream celluloid background with three circular inset images with the faces of three men. Men are possible union bosses. Attached to back of top bar is a stickpin and sewn in to red label is a blue tinted paper with black ink printing that reads, " The Colorado Badge & Novelty Company" along with other information about the company, |
