Description |
Short, cylindrical film canister made of a silver colored metal. The body of the canister is shallow and the center of the sides indents slightly. Th bottom has raised ovoid shapes around the outer edge and the center. There is embossed text in the middle of the bottom that reads "THIS CAN MADE BY / EASTMAN / KODAK / COMPANY / ROCHESTER, N.Y. U.S.A." The lid has the same concentric raised ovoid shapes as the bottom. There is a blue and white sticker affixed to the center of the lid. The sticker reads "JAM HANDY PICTURE SERVICE, INC. / JPSH / 2900 EAST GRAND BLVD. / SUBJECT / SOUTH DAKOTA SAGA / REEL 1 NITRATE FILM / 7403 / PRINT NO. / DETROIT, MICHIGAN". There is a white sticker to the right of the center sticker. The lid of the canister is very difficult to remove and therefore the canister was not given an A/B designation. |
