Description |
Part A: Violin made of maple-colored wood. Has a black neck and finger board with three strings. Has four tuning pegs. Red ribbon tied around the scroll. The tailpiece is black and has a Mother-of-pearl flower inlay that has some red tinting in the flowers and green in the leaves. The chin rest is black and is embossed with "BECKER'S CHIN AN SHOULDER REST". Below the tailpiece is a wooden peg around which a silver colored metal piece fits. The metal is stamped with "O.H.L. / PAT APPLIED FOR". Part B: Violin bow. Wooden rod that has remnents of black leather with a pattern at one end. Ivory and mother of pearl frog and adjusting piece. No string. Copper wire wrapped around one end. |
