Matted photo of the railroad depot at Pluma washed off its foundation and tilted into Whitewood Creek after the 1904 flood. The railbed is undercut and the bridge is almost washed away. The building as a sign that reads "Adams Express Company". Written on the mat is "This building stands in same place as old toll gate stood in 1883 // Lead Road." |
