Description |
Jacket-like. Gray silk with striated threads. Fitted. Long sleeves with ruffles below deep upturned cuffs with on flap turned down to expose a dark grey backing. Folds held in place by three buttons covered in darker solid gray silk. Ruffles of same darker silk. Stand-up collar and front center placket areas also have the darker silk. Buttons up the front with eighteen covered buttons with four black hooks on upper inside edge of left placket. Along right side of placket is blue fabric trim. Front near waist stitched with darts. Back is very fitted and has inverted pleat at the bottom center which is edged with six covered buttons and the peat edges trimmed in dark grey. Lined with brown cotton. |
