Description |
Part A: Roughly spherical in shape with a circular foot at the bottom and a circular opening at the top. Brown line around opening. Handles on either side of bowl made of white porcelain and curve to form half a heart shape. Inside is white porcelain. Around outside is painted imagery. Images composed of four panels each edged with pink flower and lime green connecting arcs. First panel has image of three people. One is wearing a pink robe and green hat, one is wearing a blue robe, the other is wearing a green robe. Building components in background. Two of the scenes are of a bird sitting a on a branch bearing two bunches of fruit. Fruit groupings have yellow, orange, and lime green fruits and at base of branches is a cluster of two pink flowers and yellow and green buds. The last scene shows three people. One is seated and is wearing a pink robe. The two standing people are dressed in blue, green, and pink robes. Building components in the background. Part B: Circular lid that is domed at the top. Spherical knob at top center painted gold. Edges of lid flare outwards. Has circular foot at the bottom. Top is painted with two scenes. Images composed of four panels each edged with pink flower and lime green connecting arcs. One scene shows two balding men. The other a pink flower, pink bud, and a bunch of orange, yellow, and green fruit. Edge of lid is painted brown. |
