    This undated letter was written by Annie Gerard, a woman who arrived in Deadwood by stage in 1876. The reciepant is a Nellie Carr. In the letter, Annie describes her stop in Omaha where she attended noon Mass at a local cathedral. The rest of the letter describes Annie's expriences traveling by stagecoach.
